We are pleased to provide our viewers an opportunity to read and make copies of all documents; however, we expect you to acknowledge the relevant sources if that is required by virtue of your actions. Documents are placed in these archives by year, month and date order. It is expected that documents will remain in our archives for at least three years after which hard copies may be obtained from our office directly. We placed documents in our "What’s New" and the specific subject sections first. They remain in the "What’s New" section for about 6 months after which they are transferred to the "Archives" section. However, documents on subject specific sections will remain for up to a year unless they are replaced by updates on a periodic basis of less than a year.
