NATIONAL INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Background Papers

The National Integrated Development Strategy (NIDS) represents the process under which national planning in the British Virgin Islands has been changed from a sector-based and project-driven exercise to an integrated approach encompassing social, economic, spatial and environmental considerations simultaneously rather than sequentially. In the course of this planning exercise, a number of background papers on various areas of the British Virgin Islands were prepared. As a service to BVIslanders, these papers (in some instances summaries) are being made available.
