 Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure

Together, estimates of revenue and expenditure, includes current and capital expenditure covering the entire current operations and investment of the Government of the British Virgin Islands in any single year. The current budget is broken down into 8 ministries that are further divided into almost 50 departments. The current budget carries details of account numbers, expenditure heads, expenditure classification and expenditure volumes. The capital estimates are broken down into 8 ministries and further into the sources of financing as well as into three(3) years of cash flow.
